i had all letters in stash with 5 minutes left in event and it wouldn't give me items and when i went to website it still said event active and i did not get my items. i want my bot-stract from buying the letters restored or the two items given to my player please. Thank you.

Oops, I completely forgot about this.  I have re-enabled the using letters after the event is finished.  Sorry about that.
