umm ok so, I was browsing the site using my iPod and I didnt saw the scroll the is near the Who's Online list thing.
but on my PC I can see and use it O_O
anyone idea why?

I'm guessing you mean you can't see the bottom of the page...
If you look, there will be a bar called "BoutCheetah - Info Center". You may have clicked on the by mistake and minimized the drop down.
