Actually, Kenny requested we release it.
He wanted an item to release as it's been awhile and he requested I release this.
Only item I released just cause I made it was the Elite Dark Surge.

If you have a problem with "better mods not being released", then request good mods be released.
Kenny REALLY wants to release new items, but noone ever makes mods when we ask them to.
