Whenever a suggestion is posted I read over it.
If I like the idea, I'll often jot it down in notepad often with my own spin on it as something we should release in the near future.

I assure you no suggestions are ignored.

If you want feedback on this so badly, however..
Halloween sets have no plans to be remade, however if a good enough mod comes up it could be considered.
As for the x2/3 in Sector, it's not just for sector, it's universal. So you see, weekends you get more exp from Sector, PvP AND Base. Adding the boost to PvP and Base Monday-Friday would merely be statically raising the experience, and we're not dropping the exp from Friday-Sunday.
