Why All My Reports Are Keeping To Be Deleted????

They're not deleted, they're being moved to a section which is invisible for normal members.

Once we speak to/warn/ban the person/people involved we move the topics, less clutter on the forums.  There's 1425 topics in old user reports section, what a mess that would be :D
