edit: The render looks somewhat LQ.  Also some of the smudges don't look good at all.  You used some nice effects tho.

I don't think the sig is messy, the flow is just everywhere. As you can see, fractal lines are here there and everywhere. Try to erase some areas to add a sense of direction. Too much contrast/saturation too.
