I don't know why it's not working.

I got new a Windows and downloaded all the Video and Sound Drivers, 2.0 & 4.0 Net framework, DirectX 9.0c, C++ 2008 and then installed BC. But it'll stuck at logging in and nothing happens. I don't have any Antivirus and I won't turn on any firewall. I repaired the client successfully and restarted my pc and still the same happens...
