I bought 12 reais ($ 5.92) in the "Onebip" and now I'm a recharge of 4.90 reais ($ 2.47) and "Onebip" does not recharge. Why? It has a tax of 50 cents and only have $ 2.47 or 4.90 reais in Brazil. How to have a discount? How to add less than 4 reais ($ 1.97) on "onbip"? Thank you in advance!

I'm not really sure, you would have to contact onebip about that.  Onebip is like the dumbest payment system in the world, but it's the only one that accepts pretty much anyone from making a little bit of money.
