the main reason people sector is for gp /coins/gigas  
and both pvp and bvb dead-ish

What's this have to do with sector or bvb?
It's not dead either, it's just that nobody is willing to make a room, but when somebody known makes it, it gets full within seconds.
Also we're in the middle of the week and pretty much everyone started school, I doubt a tag would revive it.
