Somethings are suppose to be rare, and why would all good/rare items drop in sector? The idea would be better if it had a 5% drop chance in pvp and bvb making bvb and pvp also have rare drops.

Pvp and Bvb are fun modes not for any real gain. Sector should drop the rares. +1

You cant put rare drops in pvp/bvb because it will get farmed.
