I honestly don't know if this is a common bug but, its a bit confusing.
Anyone knows a way to fix this?

The "bug" I'm reporting is the hp and trans bar.

Level UI moved up a pinch and the HP bar?

Looks like a scripting problem to me.

This happens only when you are running BC with high res. This isn't fixable though.

We will work on resolving those issues soon, I wasn't able to find where the size was in asm at the time I was making high res.  There are about 5 well known bugs with high res, which is why I recommend you only use it to record videos with.
