seems you didn't log in in a long time , they made something instead of that , they made the elekta don't unequip but if your level is lower than the required level it gives level 1 set if noticed you will find that you have no elektra stats but lvl 1 stats , they did this patch because people abused a bug which is elektra bug that people used to fill thier inventory on purpose to stay with high level equip.
