You need to provide proof that you own the account first before Admin Santa or Admin Allie can help you recover your account. 
I believe Kenny (Admin Santa) has a survey that will verify that you owned the account but I'm not entirely sure. 
At this moment though you should try to remember all previous passwords, screenshots in game, or anything that would remotely link you to that account.
