I have seen people doing Hackenn ruins.
I asked my friend how to get access to that level, he told me that the level was below Jura Requiem, but it was't there.
He told me to update my client.
Everytime I launch the game, "Checking for updates" just stays there ever, I simply launch the 2 updater and "internet issues have been dectected..." comes out and I can play the game.
If I join a room that is Hackenn ruins, the games freezes.
I have never edited my client and reinstalled my client
Now, I launch the updater and wait and see if it can update, "Checking for updates" stays there for around 5minutes (or even more) and one of these two error message comes out:

Did you tried to repair the client and re-download installer?

I downloaded the installer on January 2013, and the last update of the installer is April of 2012, which means I don't have to redownload one.
I repaired it, and the same error message appeared again (An error has occured....)
The updater just turns white when it starts to update

Yes.
I have to execute 2 updaters in a same to because it is not able to check updates.
When it's updating bout.dat, the updater crashes and turn white if I take a look at it
I have to minimize the updater and don't click it on the toolbar to see the update process, or else it will crash.
It's ok for me but it will be hard for me to update the game.
