no real rules that i see in this only suggestions eg.

"Please use the persons IGN as the title so it is easier to find. I spend a lot of time looking through posts simply titled "hacker"."


the only thing i see is that if you don't do this, "Before starting any threads please include in them:
-User (Include IGN)
-Evidence"

then it will be deleted

sure but they say "please try to" and "please use"

even if the topic is a rule the qoutes in the topic are not.

"please TRY to" means that if you cant but you tried your following the rule
