i payed  38m gigas for 700zc.....

he told me it may takes some hour sending zc to your account
5days passed.....
still have 0zc  


is he lied to me or, i need to do something to recive it?

You probably indeed got scammed. A good measure for safety is to make that person PM you on this website that way you have a record of their forum name along with their in game name. Just asking someone for this will help you determine whether or not they are about to scam you.
