All I can suggest is that you try using the "Repair client" option, I'm sure that the staff will have better ideas than myself, but give it a shot anyways.

Try to install 2008 c++ redist and direct x 9.0 found on the downloads page.  If that doesn't help, try downloading the latest video card drivers for your computer on your computer manufacturers website.
