You did in fact begin that account today, but the fact that you are level 143 with level 1 equipment and were caught multiple times inside a hackers room leads me to believe you knew otherwise.
Our Moderator has solid proof of you staying inside a room doing lvl 268. So you knew there were hacks. You will have to create a new account or serve your 10 day ban like everyone else.
