Follow these easy steps and you will soon be playing BC in fullscreen. You don't have to download anything.
I have XP and do not know if it makes difference for others
So here it goes:
1. Click 'start' and select 'Run..'
2. Type in 'regedit' and click OK
3. Browse; HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/N-Log Soft
4. Select first Bout and look for where it says Use Windowed Mode. If Value Data is on 1; it means BC is Windowed.
5. Change Value Data to 0 and Press OK. Base must be ticked on Hexdecimal.
6. Repeat step 4. - 5. on Bots folder.
7. Start Bout Cheetah and enjoy fullscreen

PS: Remember to change 1 to 0 on both Bots folder and Bout.

It does work if you put the tw ofiles in your BoutCheetah folder,even if it gives error,it will work.
