Whenever i try to launch boutcheetah, when i hit start it says, boutcheetah has encountered a problem and needs to close. When i click on show data regarding the problem, it says something about the bout.dat file and my ip address. Can you please fix this!?

Have you tried doing the following actions:

1) Checking to see that the applications are not being blocked by anti-virus or firewall (common)
2) Re-installing the software
3) Running the set up & Game as an administrator

You are missing your video card drivers, or you need to install the latest version of direct X
