Hello,

I have this weird problem with my paypal.
I currently have 10$ on it & I want to spend 7$ of it 0.66$ sendingscosts)
But when I try to send the money I need to add a credit card?
How can this be fixed?
Can anyone explain?

I had this problem long ago. You must add a credit card (or you can get those paypal cards but I had so many problems with those). I just got a credit card specifically for paypal so that this problem would go away. So you gotta add one sorry. Make sure to only have 10-30 dollars on there just in case (just like a wallet, you dont want to walk around with 1,000 dollars).

How do I changhe the account type to personal account?

I asked the service to downgrade my acc type to Personal
