its 2 problems but i think that 1 is depend on the other, well need to solve 1).
1st
my antivirus havnt let me play bc well i blocked him for bc...
well sometimes when i try to log in, its work and everything ok, but sometimes, thats happening :

and its forever.
when its happend i need to UNblock bc from my antivirus, and block it again, idk why.(even sometimes thats dont work too).
2nd
when i close bc and open it again, sometimes its show me this :

but i already close it well wtf...
will really apprisiate that admin or any other staff can help me in one or both of the problems.

for the second problem you can check taskmanager and see if boutcheetah is still running in the process

checked  and it isnt in the task maneger

reinstalling windows will solve all of your problems

dont sure if it will solve and im not gonna do that even if i will know it will solve.
