Blending in my opinion, is a way of matching the render and the background. Example is white doesn't match with black.

Next time, try to make the sig smaller.

That's great but uh......in my opinion it doesn't look good if put together with that background.

It's nice that you are getting used to the tools that the software that you are using, but you gotta try out more. Do things that you never tried before, follow some tutorials, increase the experience and you will be great.
