I always have this problem when i try to open boutcheetah. when i try to log in into my account, a blank window appears and i can't log in. ive tried redownloading and clearing my cache what should i do?

If you are having any issues with the site, or the game regarding logging in/accessing pages/whatever the case may be, try the following steps to help resolve this issue:

1. Clear all internet cache.
2. Reboot your modem/router.
3. Restart your computer.

(I've found out that most problems are caused due to the transfer, and since your routers/internet explorer cache the DNS/Name Servers of the domain, it trys using the DNS/Name Servers of the old web-host, which causes errors).

If anyone is still having a issue regarding the site transfer, please post here, and I will make it my duty to fix them!

no, its definitly not becasue too much ppl are on.

EDIT: i think the servers are down. so you have to wait until RedEyes gonna fix it.
