Everything is working perfectly, throwing in the wi-fi adapter, along with everything that came in the box. I have the Elite. Also, can I get some confirmation as to if I could sell it with all the games that I've bought from the Xbox marketplace? to raise the price?

Games downloaded from the Market Place stay on your xbox, I think you need your gamertag to access them though.

Probably $200-250 without the controller/mic. With, probably an extra 10-15.
