Big 2 problems

Two problems: - I had this user player I write financed now, called him Donald and he was level 18 .. Today I opened the game and I see these things - one - it shows it was never this user players and it shows the open player and 2 -

What To Do?!
Help me Please!

when santa get home he will turn on the server
