Hi I'm new to this game and I downloaded the new version.  However, after I've downloaded it (3 times) it won't work and it says that the client just crashed (or to be more detailed APPCRASH). Can someone help me?

Hello, I would suggest that you make sure that your computer has up-to-date video drivers first.  If that does not work, then try to disable your firewall(s) / anti-virus(s).  If that doesn't work, just install Team Viewer (www.teamviewer.com), and PM me the ID/Pass when I am online.
