Well hello!

I have no SS atm but:

I play Bout Cheetah from same IP with my brother, at same time mostly.
We got same antivirus which is avg 11.
When we are in game we sometimes dnt see players moving, like they are afk.
I see them showing above head that they take HP and etc but they are not moving.
If i say they hack because they dnt move but they take hp etc ... some people which move say "they dnt hack, i see them moving & playing".
The thing is if i see that X player dsnt move ... my brother dsnt see X moving either. So is same problem.

We even took firewall off and restarted pc but still same problem.

Can someone help us please ?

Thanks,
Oana

So is there any way to fix it? (im her bro)

Erm, try restarting your pc / internet ( if you have a modem ).
This problem is most likely caused by a internet delay between you and the other player.
If restarting PC / internet doesn't work, try deactivating AVG.

i desactivated avg firewell and restarted pc will try to restart modern too

nothing works still same problem

Turn your antivirus back on.
I highly doubt that would effect your "online play".

As for that problem, I am not really sure.
The only thing I can think of is bad internet connection.

Go to speedtest.net and reply with the results?

ping 37, download speed 7.47 mphs, upload speed 1.01 mphs

Everything is fine..x.x.
I am not sure. I would try redownloading everything to assure all the files are correct.
Afterwards, if you still see the error.
Contact Redeyes or wait for an reply.

My ping is 96ms and works fine.

This problem is caused due to a router error, I would suggest that you port-forward all udp ports to your pc.

Just install Team Viewer (www.teamviewer.com), and I will be able to do it for you, because it's not very simple to explain how to do it.
