  I dontknow what happen am i banned or something cause everytime i log in and look in shop i dont see anything .no eqquiped parts,no items to buy nothing. not even  my stash yet i can use the things that have been equiped please help me ?

This means that your client is missing files.  I recommend that you re-download the client, or try deleting the version.txt and opening the updater.
