Regardless, I'd highly suggest you take it to either a computer maintenance shop, or ask someone you know in real life.
It would be much easier to get it fixed by someone who can actually see it physically rather than by words.

But if it keeps happening, I'll ask Kenny about it, maybe he'll know.
