If you're complaining about allowing patches to Base then you simply shouldn't Base at all.

Patches are dangerous when used right, but they're not statistically balanced. Neither are rams. Surges are the only 'balanced' bot in BvB due to being more customizable (TA, TD, TG, etc.) and not excelling or doing poorly in any category.

surges excel in speed and have lots of evade .-.

Not what I mean. They don't excel in trans or out of trans so they're balanced. You can choose to make your surge do better in trans (with TG) or out of trans (with TA and TD).

Sorry, I'm out of town. Was suppose to come home today but my dad hit at the casino so I'ma be here until Monday >_>.
