Why not increase the capacity a room can take?
instead of 8, make 10.
Add this with the skin.

Indeed?, the room slots are not files and are most likely impossible to be modified without many days of work and certainly not in any aspect you'd be familiar with

Wouldn't they need to add new spawns to all the maps? I feel like that would be difficult.

We have no game source.
All the modifications are made with hex ( or something ) If I remember well.
