Can't receive my gift

hey i was trying to receive one of my gifts in my giftbox and it won't let me open it. i know it's my 30 day lucky but it won't let me get it. can someone please help me? it just tells me to delete it b.c i'm unable to open :(

Hello, this usually means that it has expired in your gift box, and a error occurred when it was removing it.  I will go check on your gift box right now
