@ Opti: Lolk for alts then, just make sure it's an account they'll be active on. You really should go back to a voting system though.

I'm running this shit alone -- something I didn't want to do in the first place. I'm done accepting members//guiding this guild until I get some assistance from leaders//vice-leaders.

Lets say some one has co lead (+2 vote) and is first to 2 mill exp (+4 vote) would they have +6 vote are just the highest one +4 vote.
