Gift bug

I think there's a bug with gifting.
I sent from my alt ( SpinSlash ) 85.040 BS to Grim and I never got them in my gift inbox.
I know I wrote Grim because I checked the name twice.

Yes I'm sure they are on the same channel.
Also, I've tried any typo of Grim such as Grin, Grom, etc and it said the bot doesn't exist.
