The simplest alternative to this problem of yours is to wipe EVERYONES COINS everyone starts with 0 coins. And Allie makes the coin rate about 20 coins per level.

If this is what everyone wants, I'm sure I could could make arrangements with Allie. Everyone would be pissed, but it would be more like BOTS!! (Who wants to be like BOTS!!..) And the current shop price would probably be lowered to what, 2k per 1 year coin item.

So, Wipe clean with a .2 coin rate, or Sector alot and buy what you need.

The 30 day coin items could themselves be overpriced. Just more so than 1 year items.

But in all honestly, they aren't overpriced. I can get 100+k coins during weekend x4 and x6 events, easily.

there arent any more x4 or x6 events, and you get less coiins by sectoring now. (dunno...exp/3 or something?)
