Whenever I open up the launch program, it starts loading then says "The operation has timed out

this might have something to do with your internet , not sure you could wait for a admin redeyes/santa to  reply

Hello, this is usually due to using wireless internet, if you do use wireless, go as close as you can to your router.  That should help out alot.  Let me know if you need further help, and I can do something to make your client not need as much updating.
