i had the same problem but it still counts so i guess it doesn't matter that much

I have this same exact problem, i reached 9 chests, and another 1 poped, so i took it, and it didnt count, and did give me that green title saying i got the 10th required chest, any ideas why ? and does that mean that my chest is gone ?

Don't worry guys, they do count. I got like 4 of them and the green text didn't appear, but when I checked event page it said that I have completed Friday.

Hello, when I initially coded the event system, the max amount of chests that I coded in was 9, but allie chose 12 as the event, I forgot all about that.  I'll increase the limit to 99 soon, but as long as you pick up 12 chests, you will complete the event
