Reasons;
Polar made a Forum soley for BoutCheetah hacks, the site was novice and was not organized, his community in the forum is "0" so this shows it's only been up for few weeks or so, also whats worse about it is that the thread for the hacks is very very unprofessionally done as a admin. This is a offence to BoutCheetah.
Another reason, framed people for hacking, for accidentally leaving on his hacks to make it seem as if others are hacking on his screen. Example; Iridion.
