Put Actual Default Warning Times On The Warning System

They don't seem to be working as they are now, someone that's warned never has the warning fade away until a staff member litterally takes it away, this is rather stupid because a person can have warnings mount up for things they have done months ago + something they did recently. If I'm wrong about the default times not working tell me, but I'm pretty sure I'm right. O-o

@Thread: Most people with lengthy warns get unwarned eventually. I still agree with a timer I guess.

Thing is when the warning is left to 0 it's supposed to have a default time, an average warning was supposed to only last 3 days.

Warning [3 Days]
Moderated [7days]
Mute [10-14 Days] (Probably just make this one till it's taken off)
Ban (1 Month)
Perm Ban (Obvious)
