SANTA .. please help me .. it tell BOUTCHEETAH: bout.dat - Application Error

the instuction at "0x0044ea32" referenced memory at "0x00000000". the memory could not be "read"
...
please tell me something new or give me download anything to pass the error ... HOPEFULLY

Hello, this error is caused due to your computer missing video card drivers. I'd suggest that you download the latest ones for it if you have not already.

If this is not the issue, then try re-installing the client after you have disabled your antivirus (or added exceptions to the boutcheetah folder)

This isn't the problem you are having, so you will not need to do this.
