Most people PM Kenny when they want to end their membership. However you can do it manually.

Log in to PayPal.
Go into your Profile
Click on My Preapproved Payments
Select the membership you want to cancel
Press cancel! Simple.

Pay by phone is a one-time payment, not recurring.

Onebip doesn't allow subscriptions.

There's no reason to cancel a pay by phone membership since it doesn't auto renew itself.

Nope, it will only cancel the subscription from recharging you again for the next period in the membership.
