We CAN beat him, it's just that he's so freakin annoying, especially if there is somebody laggy ( like you) the rm, he chains like hell and teleports.

That is exactly what I meant. If there is someone laggy with you the vendor will chain you like 8-10 times dealing 600 damage on each hit making you lose more than half of your HP which is really annoying....... I hate him so much !
