There is a Halloween Shield, but you only receive 1 out of 2 possible prizes ( shield/shoulder ).

Cheapest Prize: Jack head, 2k coins.

The Jack head would have been a better idea, but less than an hour after it's release, most people playing the game knew about it.  It was suppose to be hidden, but kenners blabbed :(.

Ross found it first. No once elce (besides some other nub) would have found if it was not for Kenny. Ross went and bought every single combination on jacks in high and low.
