I too have a windows xp and this used to happen to me.
Try closing some applications and don't have your Internet browser running.
Also try deleting things you  don't need.

Hello, please download the "Full Patch" in the downloads section, and let me know if that resolves your issue.  I'd also suggest either disabling your antivirus first, or adding a directory exception for c:\Zylon Gaming\BoutCheetah.  If this does not work, then please let me know, and I will post more things you can try to resolve this issue.
