Text will be "TRON: Digital Super-Mart".
Neon Text Preferred. Account would be controlled by me.

Double the text layer, use gaussian blur on the bottom layer of the text -> NEON!!!
But I'm pretty sure this only works with big bold text, so use outer glow and inner glow.
