Do i need to be comp Admin to play BoutCheetah?

no you shouldn't need to i have been on bots when i have not been the admin of the comp

If you HAVE to, then do this......Right click on the boutcheetah icon and click run as admin. Or go one step further and go to properties/compatability/ check the box "run as admin" , apply.
