Well I was bored of my home edition windows so I windowed it to Windows 7 Ultimate. Now I get this error when launching bout.exe:
The instruction at 0x099be118 refrenced memory at 0xfcd20000. The memory could not be read.

Maybe becuase you downloaded and installed Windows 7 Ultimate you get that error?
I don't really know what is the cause of it but wait untill Santa gets in and he might solve this.

Hello, please check to make sure that when you formatted, you installed the necessary video drivers, and direct x, and .net framework 2.0

well I have all video drivers and drict x 10 and net fw 4.00 so i dont think that should be the prob.

Well, make sure you disable any anti virus running or add an exception to the client folder, then re-install the game client.
