Alright I have two suggestions:
1.) the in-game moderators gets a green forum name right? make their writing in-game green too, and for the FM's blue and Admins red and for CM Yellow and for GM's Orange.
2.) make the staff people typing in the lobby list in-game according to their forum name's color.

Yellow will make it EVEN more harder unless its dark yellow which looks like poop
