a picture off  google and a picture off a render website
its not ripping off its just a picture
pictures of google,resize add effects,add texts
renders of render websites,add effects,add texts

difference is its a stock, not a render

yes its ripping off if you only want it smaller with text and piss-all effects whereas a real stock/render has only effects and like 10% of themselves in the pic (lol you nerd rage at someone over graphics when you don't even know how to resize and add text in gimp luluekkekleoeloaleoe haehua)

i can resize and add texts in gimp but i want someone else to do it because they will do better than me
and that picture is a wallpaper it is useable and available to everyone
+None of the owners said this is personal you may not use it

so it will turn into a render if u add "effects" and have "10%" of themselves in the pic?
renders still have characters from diffrent games/movies
and when people make renders they use a picture,resize it,add effects then upload
/off to play LoL
